Vertical Chemical Barrier

  • A vertical chemical barrier will be established at the ground floor, both inside and outside the building.
  • The objective is to create a barrier that any termite worker entering or leaving the colony must cross, ensuring their elimination.
  • The building will be divided into segments, and treatment will be conducted according to an approved schedule.
  • Drilling at critical points will be done with minimal damage to ground floor tiles.
    • Hole Depth: 12 inches
    • Diameter: ½ inch
    • Spacing: 3 feet apart
  • Chemical solution will be poured at a rate of 4-5 liters per hole.

Special Filler for Cracks

  • All cracks or crevices around wooden fixtures, walls, or floors will be filled with a special building agent made with Termisol 25EC to prevent termite ingress.

Wood Treatment

  • All wooden fixtures (door and window frames, false ceiling, paneling, etc.) will be treated with a chemical solution to prevent termite damage.
  • The termiticide solution will be poured behind wooden fixtures, either by removing paneling or through drilling into the fixtures.

Concealed Wiring Treatment

  • To prevent termite movement through electrical wiring, a water-based solution will be poured into all sockets at ground level.
  • A cotton swab dipped in TermiSol 25EC will be placed on the mouth of electric pipes if necessary.

Note:

Ensure that all treatments are carried out according to an approved schedule and with proper safety precautions.
