Termisol 25 EC contains fipronil 2.5% w/w, the same active ingredient used in Agenda. Termites carry it back to the colony.
Pre-construction: 10 years. Post-construction: 5 years. Both are written into your job paperwork.
Based on Kasur Road since the 1980s, with more than 10,000 clients over the years.
Teams learn the method in-house and work with hammer drills and pressure pumps.
Every quote lists the areas to be treated and the warranty period.
Subterranean termites feed from the inside out. By the time wood looks damaged, the colony is usually well established.
Long-term feeding weakens roof timber and lintels.
Replacing frames and cupboards costs far more than prevention.
Colonies grow underground for years before anyone notices.
Leaks and damp corners draw termites in and keep them active.

Allama Iqbal Town is one of the older parts of the city, with dense housing and plenty of old timber. Shared walls between houses mean termites can move from next door, so we treat along party walls as well as the main perimeter.
In Allama Iqbal Town we usually combine floor injection with direct treatment of frames and cupboards. Not sure if you have termites? Our guide to signs of termite infestation explains what to look for.
Termites travel along walls under the floor, so we treat that line. Drill points sit one foot from the wall at three-foot spacing, and each receives 8–10 litres so the soil barrier is continuous. The holes are filled afterwards.
Termites use walls as a route and surface at the first wood they meet, usually a frame or cupboard. We treat those points as well as the soil.
Drilling is neat and holes are filled to match the floor. The mix is gentle on frames. Badly eaten wood stays weak and should be repaired separately.
Plumbing leaks, digging up floors and settling cracks. Tell us before renovation so the barrier can be restored. Warranty: 10 years pre-construction, 5 years post-construction.
Termisol uses fipronil 2.5%, whose safety data sheet is public. Most of the solution goes under the floor through sealed holes. After the frame and wardrobe stage, keep the house closed for 3–4 hours, then clean it before normal use.
Plan for about 2 hours (5 marla), 3–3.5 hours (10 marla) or 5 hours (1 kanal).
