3. Gate and timing: we sort gate passes with your society, or agree a start time that suits your street in the CDA sectors.
4. Cleaning day: the supervised crew arrives with its machines and works through the house in the order above.

We start by sweeping out builders’ rubble and site dust. Paint flecks, cement splashes and grout film are then softened with the right solution and lifted with careful hand scraping, after which the floors go under our imported scrubbers. Windows, fittings and woodwork are cleaned by hand to keep them unmarked. Marks that have set hard over months sometimes need a second treatment, and we flag those when we look at the house.
Will I need to arrange any machines, vacuums or chemicals?
No. The crew arrives with scrubbing machines, wet and dry vacuums, hand tools and professional-grade chemicals, and decides on the spot which of them each room needs. Running water and a working power point are the only things we ask you to keep available.
How do gate passes and entry timings work in DHA Islamabad, Bahria Enclave and Gulberg Greens?
Gated societies want to know who is coming in, so we send you the names and CNIC numbers of the crew, all experienced staff with verified CNICs, a day in advance for the security office. We then follow the society’s rules on entry times, vehicles and ID checks. In open CDA sectors such as F-8 or G-10, we simply agree a start time that suits you and your street.
How big is the crew, and how many hours does an empty 1 kanal house take?
We do not work to a fixed headcount. Crew size and hours are set by the size of the house, how dirty it is, how many bathrooms it has and whether builders have just left. When you need the house ready quickly, we put more people on the job. Once we have seen photos or the house itself, we tell you the plan.
Can you clean inside kitchen cupboards, remove hard-water scale and reach tall glass?
Yes. Cupboards are wiped out inside and outside with wood-friendly products, while greasy hoods, tiles and worktops are stripped back. Hard-water scale is lifted from taps, shower screens, basins and tiles before everything is disinfected. Tall windows and double-height glass are reached with our lifters or ladders, chosen to suit each house.
Do you supply daily maids or part-time help?
