By pressure-injecting 8–10 litres of Termisol solution into holes spaced about three feet apart, one foot from each wall. The solution overlaps underground. We seal and colour-match each hole.
Why is my wooden frame damaged but the floor looks fine?
Termites use walls as a route and surface at the first wood they meet, usually a frame or cupboard. We treat those points as well as the soil.
Will drilling damage my tiles or woodwork?
No. The solution is mixed so it does not harm wood, and every hole is sealed and colour-matched. Wood that was already eaten hollow will still need a carpenter.
My house was treated before. Why are termites back?
Leaks, renovation work or floor cracks break the treated layer. Re-treat before laying new floors. These risks are also why the warranty is 5 years after construction and 10 years before.
What safety steps should we take?
Keep children and pets away during work, close the house for 3–4 hours after spraying, then clean. Fipronil is well documented and the safety sheet is available.
How quickly can the team finish?
With hammer drills and pressure injectors: about 2, 3–3.5 and 5 hours for 5-marla, 10-marla and 1-kanal homes.
