Sui Gas Society is a settled residential area with many houses built over the last two decades. Here we mainly see termites in wooden doors, built-in cupboards and under marble floors near washrooms, and treat them post-construction without removing finished floors.

By pressure-injecting 8–10 litres of Termisol solution into holes spaced about three feet apart, one foot from each wall. The solution overlaps underground. We seal and colour-match each hole.
They move along walls and come out where wood meets masonry, such as door frames and the backs of built-in cupboards. We inject frames directly and treat the gap behind wardrobes.
Holes are drilled in grout lines where possible and sealed afterwards. Heavily damaged wood is a carpentry job, not part of the treatment.
Yes, if floors are broken. Disturbed soil loses protection. Our warranties are 10 years for pre-construction and 5 years for post-construction jobs.
Not for long. After the spray stage, keep rooms closed for 3–4 hours and clean them afterwards. The main treatment is under the floor. The MSDS is available on request.
