Termite Treatment Across DHA Phases 1 to 11
DHA Lahore is not one neighbourhood from a termite point of view. Phases differ in age, plot size and how much building is still going on, and that changes which treatment makes sense, so termite control DHA Lahore is never a one-size-fits-all job. The notes below describe what we usually find; we always confirm by inspecting your property before recommending anything.
DHA Phases 1 to 5: established homes
Many 1 kanal and 2 kanal bungalows in the older phases are decades old. Original wooden chaukhats, built-in wardrobes and timber frames give colonies somewhere to settle quietly, and mature gardens keep the soil beside the plinth damp. These homes usually need post-construction drill-inject treatment along the floor-to-wall line, combined with direct treatment of affected wood, so existing activity is cleared without tearing out fixtures.
DHA Phases 6, 7 and 8: homes and construction side by side
Finished houses and new grey structures stand next to each other here. If you are living in the house, drill-inject treatment with a 5-year written warranty is the usual answer. If you are still building, the right moment for protection is before the floor bed is laid, while the soil is still open. A neighbour's recent renovation or a leaking pipe near your boundary wall is worth mentioning when you call, because moisture draws termites.
DHA Phase 9 Prism, Phase 10 and Phase 11 (Rahbar and Halloki): new construction
Construction is everywhere in these phases, so most enquiries are for pre-construction soil treatment. The barrier goes in at the trench, plinth and floor-bed stages, and your contractor only needs to tell us before each stage is covered. Completed treatment carries a 10-year written warranty with free re-treatment of the affected area. Houses that are already finished are treated by the post-construction method with a 5-year warranty.
Askari, EME Sector and Cantt next to DHA
Askari housing schemes, the EME Sector and Lahore Cantt homes are close to DHA and are covered by the same team. Cantt homes tend to have mature trees and older construction, so a thorough inspection comes first. - Plot size or covered area, and whether the building is finished or still being built.
- A few photos of mud lines, damaged wood or the construction stage on WhatsApp.
