PCSIR Housing Society has a mix of older and recently rebuilt homes. For rebuilds we treat soil before the new slab goes down; for existing homes we inject along the walls and fill the holes so the finish is preserved.
Mud tubes and damp spots guide where we drill; every point is injected and closed neatly. You can also learn about Termisol 25 EC or book an inspection.
Holes are drilled about one foot in from each wall and roughly three feet apart. Each hole takes 8–10 litres of Termisol solution, which spreads underground and joins up into a continuous barrier. Holes are then sealed and matched to the floor.
Through wall joints, then into door frames and fitted cupboards. These spots get extra treatment beyond the floor barrier.
Only small filled spots remain, matched to the floor colour. Previously damaged wood needs separate repair.
Leaks, renovation work or floor cracks break the treated layer. Re-treat before laying new floors. These risks are also why the warranty is 5 years after construction and 10 years before.
Almost all of it goes into soil under sealed holes. Close up for 3–4 hours after the frame treatment, then clean. Ask us for the safety data sheet.
