Termite Control Islamabad FAQs
Everything you need to know about our termite control Islamabad service and warranty.
How does the drilling treatment actually work?
We drill small holes about one foot inside from the walls, three feet apart, along all four walls of every room. Each hole is pressure-injected with 8–10 liters of Termisol 25 EC solution. The solution from neighboring holes merges underground, creating a continuous chemical barrier at soil level along your walls — a barrier termites cannot cross. Afterwards, every hole is sealed and color-matched to your floor.
Why do termites appear in door frames and wardrobes first?
Termites cannot travel in open space — they always move along a support, and walls are their highway. The easiest exit points along a wall are wooden door frames (chokhat) and dark, undisturbed spots like built-in wardrobes and cabinets. That's why our treatment includes a second stage: we inject door frames directly and place solution in the gap between the wall and wardrobe backs, so these entry points are protected too.
Will drilling or the chemical damage my tiles, door frames, or furniture?
The solution is mixed at a moderate ratio specifically so it doesn't harm wood or frames. Drill holes are sealed and color-matched after treatment. One honest note: if wood was already heavily eaten from inside, the termites die after treatment but the damaged wood itself has lost its strength — that portion needs carpenter repair, which is separate from pest treatment.
My house was treated before — why did termites come back after some years?
Three common reasons, all related to the barrier being physically disturbed: (1) a continuously leaking pipe washes the chemical barrier away over time; (2) breaking the floor for renovation destroys the barrier — always have it re-created before laying the new floor; (3) floor cracks and settling let the barrier evaporate gradually, and monsoon moisture accelerates termite activity. This is also why post-construction warranty is 5 years while an undisturbed pre-construction barrier carries up to 10 years.
Is the treatment safe for my family and pets? Do we need to leave the house?
The treatment uses Fipronil 2.5% — a well-documented active ingredient whose safety data (MSDS) is publicly available. Most of the chemical goes under your floor through sealed holes, not into open air. After the spray stage (door frames, wardrobes), we ask you to keep the house closed for 3–4 hours, then have it cleaned — after cleaning, rooms are ready for normal use. Material Safety Data Sheet available on request.
How long does the complete treatment take?
Our teams use hammer-drilling systems and pressure injectors, so the work moves fast: a 5-marla house is completed in about 2 hours, a 10-marla house in 3–3.5 hours, and a 1-kanal house in about 5 hours — typically all in a single visit.
What makes Termisol 25 EC effective against termites?
Termisol 25 EC contains Fipronil 2.5% w/w as its active ingredient. It is non-repellent, so termites cannot detect or avoid it and move freely through the treated zone. Through its transfer effect, termites carry the chemical back to the nest and pass it to others, eliminating the entire colony including the queen. It also delivers a long residual effect, bonding with the soil and staying active for years to keep protecting your property.
Do you cover all G-10 sub-sectors in Islamabad?
Yes. We serve G-10/1, G-10/2, G-10/3, and G-10/4, and the wider G-10 Markaz area bordered by G-9, G-11, F-10, and Kashmir Highway.
Why do G-10 homes need regular termite inspection?
G-10 has a dense residential layout with many established gardens and mature trees, especially in blocks bordering F-10 and G-11. That greenery holds soil moisture close to home foundations, which is what draws subterranean termites in from surrounding green belts.
How quickly can your team reach G-10, Islamabad after I book?
G-10 is a regularly serviced Islamabad sector, so we can usually schedule a site visit within 24–48 hours. Call or WhatsApp 0300-4188502 to confirm a slot for any G-10 sub-sector.
What does the PKR 2,000 site visit include in G-10?
Our technician inspects your G-10 property for active termite trails, mud tubes, and moisture-prone areas, then gives a written treatment recommendation and quote, fully refunded once you book.
